Parties begin at 11:00am or 2:00pm Saturday or Sunday.

Our private party room is equipped with a small refrigerator/freezer,
tables, seating, and a rest room.

You decorate and provide all refreshments.

Cost is $329.99 plus 10% entertainment tax for up to 10 children and $19.99 plus tax for each additional child. *

Your Birthday Party will include the following activities:

Stable Tour : Our party guide will lead you to meet our horses and ponies close up and participate in a fun and informative age appropriate discussion on colors, markings, breeds and horsey facts.

Hayride :  The party will enjoy a tractor drawn hayride through our pastures and paddocks. Hands-on grooming of horses will be substituted in the case of inclement weather.

Candy Search : Children search for wrapped candies in our hay room. We provide the candy.

Horse or Pony Rides : Children love our horse or pony rides! 2 mounts are provided for parties with up to 10 children, 3 mounts maximum for parties with over 10 children.  **

Party Room : You are welcome to decorate our party room for your celebration, provided you remove all decorations afterward. ***

* $362.99 deposit (includes amusement tax) required to make the reservation, non-refundable after 45 days prior to the party.  Further terms are stated in the PHC Pony Party Agreement.

** Horse or pony rides are strictly limited to the number of paid children included in the party.  An additional child may be included after the start of the party through the purchase of an individual ride. The type of mount (horse, or pony, or both)  assigned to your party is always subject to various considerations such as our daily lesson or animal duty scheduling, which must be determined at the sole discretion of Potomac Horse Center.

***Morning Party may access party room at 10:20 am & must vacate by 1:20 pm -- Afternoon Party may access the party room at 1:30 pm & must vacate by 4:30 pm.
